    By accessing or using Ideonix ("the Service"), operated by Qalam Software ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    Ideonix is an AI-powered project management platform that provides task management, time tracking, team collaboration, and automated workflow features. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

    3. User Accounts

    • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
    • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
    • You may not share your account with others or transfer it without our consent
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

    4. Subscription and Payments

    Billing

    • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
    • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
    • We may change our prices with 30 days notice
    • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically

    Cancellation

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time
    • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
    • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period

    5. User Content

    You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a license to:

    • Store, process, and display your User Content to provide the Service
    • Use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI algorithms
    • Create backups and copies for operational purposes

    You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
    • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems
    • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
    • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
    • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

    7. Intellectual Property

    The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Qalam Software and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.     The Service may integrate with third-party services (GitHub, Slack, Notion, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party services.

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QALAM SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

    11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qalam Software and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

    12. Modifications to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

    13. Governing Law

    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
